Rise In is a modern style  izakaya and bar with a wide selection of Japanese, Asian and Western dishes and drinks. It is very popular, even on weekdays, and is one of the few izakayas in Matsue that stays open until the early hours.

Opening Times: 5:00pm – 3:00am. Open all year round.

Getting There: Take the North Exit of Matsue Station and get onto the main road opposite and turn left. Walk past the banks/hotels etc to the next crossing. You should see a music shop on the corner opposite you. On the opposite corner is a modern looking building of shops/apartments etc. Rise In is on the ground floor.
