Cottage Mt. Ichibata is nestled deep in the mountains in the grounds of Ichibata Yakushi temple. Surrounded by greenery and with stunning views across the lake and mountains, it is  the perfect plce to get away from it all. In the mornings, you can participate in prayers at the temple.

Getting there : Take the Ichibata Railway from Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station to Ichibata-guchi. From there, take the taxi, local bus, or if you have called in advance, someone from the temple may be able to come and pick you up.
