The pleasure boat trip on Lake shinji lasts for about an hour and passes by Yomegashima Island and other points of interest. The boat runs throughout the day and the final trip at sunset is by far the most popular.

Operation times: 11:00～sunset. There are around six trips a day, but times may change depending on the season or the weather. It is best to check the schedule at one of the boarding points.

Boarding point : Boarding point 1 is shown on the map below, however, boarding point 2 is a lot closer to the station. To get to point 2, take the north exit out of Matsue Station and keep going on the main road ahead of you. When you reach the end follow the road round along the river and you will see it on your right. (About 10 minutes on foot.)
